J., 3 acres of ground at Newark, N.J., a house and lot near the Fort at Schenectady in trust to John Hansen and Rutt Blaker, executors for nephews Edward, son of brother William Banks, of Youthel, Ireland, and John, son of brother Abraham Banks, of the same place. 20 pounds to the Church Wardens of ?? to buy a piece of plate or a bell. Witnesses: John Allwood, Hugh Othway, Walter Jones. Proved Aug. 2, 1733.
