James Banks of Albany, gentleman. Mar. 13, 1732. Leaves legacies to Mary, widow of John Price, to son-in-law James Carrell (alias Banks of Newark, N.J., the remainder, viz., personal property and a lot of 1 1/2 acres at Elizabethtown, N. J., 3 acres of ground at Newark, N.J., a house and lot near the Fort at Schenectady in trust to John Hansen and Rutt Blaker, executors for nephews Edward, son of brother William Banks, of Youthel, Ireland, and John, son of brother Abraham Banks, of the same place. 20 pounds to the Church Wardens of ?? to buy a piece of plate or a bell. Witnesses: John Allwood, Hugh Othway, Walter Jones. Proved Aug. 2, 1733.
